We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chinese-Speaking Logistics Officer to join our logistics team in Phnom Penh. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking suppliers, partners, and stakeholders. The officer will handle day-to-day logistics operations including shipping, customs clearance, inventory control, and documentation, while ensuring compliance and efficiency across the supply chain.

-Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments (local and international)
-Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
-Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations
-Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and service providers
-Analyze logistics workflows and recommend improvements
-Generate regular logistics and inventory reports
-Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers, manufacturers, and partners
-Translate and interpret logistics-related documents (Chinese–Khmer–English)
