We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of business development processes, eager to expand their skills in market expansion, client relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
-Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and sectors.
-Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
-Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., real estate, telecommunications, etc.] is a plus.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
