We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant – Master Resource to support our marketing and merchandising team in the garment industry. This position plays a key role in handling customer communication, preparing marketing documentation, coordinating sample development, and ensuring smooth flow of information between internal departments and international buyers. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have strong communication skills in both English and Khmer.

-Assist in handling communication with international buyers and sourcing teams.
-Support in understanding buyer requirements and relaying accurate information to the internal team.
-Follow up on development and production samples.
-Coordinate with sample room and production teams to meet buyer deadlines.
-Prepare and manage order sheets, costing sheets, and other required documents.
-Maintain updated records of orders, approvals, and communications.
-Assist with product presentations, tech pack reviews, and style information.
-Coordinate with design and production teams for product development based on market trends.
-Communicate effectively with the merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure alignment with buyer expectations.
-Follow up on timelines and alert the team of potential delays or issues.
