We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Force Manager to lead and manage our field teams across Phnom Penh and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining strong coordination between on-ground teams and head office. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of field dynamics in Cambodia.

-Lead, train, and supervise field staff (sales reps, promoters, technicians, or surveyors depending on industry).
-Motivate field teams to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
-Plan and organize field activities, route plans, and schedules.
-Ensure effective territory coverage and task execution by the field team.
-Resolve operational challenges in the field in a timely manner.
-Collect and consolidate field data and performance reports.
-Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
-Report field insights and recommend improvements to senior management.
-Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
-Maintain professionalism and company representation in the field.

- Can speak Khmer and Chinese
