-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads—to increase brand visibility and conversions.
-Manage organic social media channels: content creation, calendar planning, community engagement, hashtag strategy, and posting schedules .
-Lead paid media efforts: set up, optimize, and analyze Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads performance .
-Collaborate with creative/design teams to produce visuals and video assets tailored to skincare products.
-Monitor KPIs (reach, clicks, conversions, ROAS), prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations .
-Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
-Use analytic tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, possibly Google Tag Manager) to derive insights and suggest improvements
-Stay current on digital marketing trends, especially in beauty and skincare, and explore innovative channels (e.g. TikTok, influencer partnerships).
-Liaise with agencies or vendors for campaign creatives, media buys, and technical integrations.
-Support product launches: plan digital exposure strategies like flash sales, influencer activations, livestreams.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
-2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG
-Proven track record with paid and organic campaigns, social media management, and analytics.
-Proficiency in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform .
-Strong content creation capabilities: copywriting, visual storytelling, basic video editing; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) .
-Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and KPI trends
-Good SEO understanding and website/content optimization skills.
-Basic email marketing and CRM experience preferred.
