-Adhere to scheduled routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in compliance with Cambodian traffic laws .
-Maintain delivery logs, collect payments (e.g., COD), and confirm receipt with signatures or photos .
-Conduct regular inspections of vehicles (oil, brakes, tire pressure), perform minor upkeep, and report issues promptly-
-Utilize GPS and mobile apps (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp) to communicate with dispatch and track delivery progress
-Uphold professionalism with courteous customer service and represent the company positively

-Minimum education: Middle-school diploma (delivery rider) to High school or above (driver roles)
-Age range: Typically 18–45; must be Cambodian national with a valid National ID
-Valid Cambodian driving license: for motorcycle, tuk‑tuk, or car (Type B or appropriate class) .
- 1 year of relevant delivery or driving experience preferred, especially in courier or food delivery services
-Good command of Khmer (must); English communication is a plus
-Familiarity with navigating Phnom Penh roads; ability to use Google Maps or navigation apps
-Strong attributes: punctuality, reliability, honesty, and positive customer-oriented attitude
-Physically fit for loading/unloading items; capable of working under pressure .
