-Database Management: Input and maintain accurate property information in the company's database and listing platforms.
-Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure listings are competitive and aligned with current market trends.
-Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure listings are effectively promoted.
-Client Interaction: Respond to inquiries from potential clients and assist in property viewings when necessary.
-Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on listing activities and market feedback.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in real estate listings or a related field.
-Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with real estate listing platforms is advantageous.
-Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and manage property information.
-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings simultaneously.
