-Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
-Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available listings.
-Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between clients and property owners/developers to close sales or rental agreements.
-Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
-Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
-Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the property transaction process, addressing any concerns promptly.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
-Japanese: Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese.
-English: Proficient in English; proficiency in Khmer is a plus.
-CRM Systems: Experience with customer relationship management software.
-Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
