-Conduct market research and maintain property databases to identify opportunities
-Generate and follow up with leads via cold calling, inbound enquiries, and networking
-Arrange and conduct property viewings, including negotiation assistance between Korean clients and property owners/developers
-Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and assist with promotional events or roadshows
-Serve as liaison between clients and developers/owners, ensuring smooth transaction processes (booking, documentation, payments)
-Deliver excellent customer service—address inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships
-Meet and exceed monthly sales or rental targets, and report performance to management
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (or currently studying final year)
-Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales, ideally in Phnom Penh
-Fluent in Korean, with strong spoken and written skills
-Good command of English; Khmer proficiency is a plus
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
-Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in meeting sales targets
-Organized with strong planning and reporting capabilities (e.g. Word, Excel, CRM)
-Customer-focused, proactive problem-solving approach, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions
-Willingness to work onsite, including weekends or evenings as required
