-Lead acquisition and relationship-building efforts with Chinese-speaking clients, developers, and brokers.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans; generate leads through cold calls, market research, site visits, and online channels.
-Manage the entire sales cycle—from property presentations and negotiating terms to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and sales documentation in Mandarin, English, and Khmer.
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize showroom displays, promotional events, CRM tracking, and post-sales service.
-Maintain pipeline data and performance metrics through CRM tools and weekly/monthly reporting.
-Support lead sourcing through cold calling, online listing maintenance, and client follow-ups.
-Guide potential Chinese-speaking clients through property showrooms and site tours.
-Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales materials in Mandarin, English, and Khmer.
-Help maintain CRM records, track client interactions, and update lead pipelines.
-Conduct basic competitor and market research; report insights to management.
-Provide top-tier customer service—handling inquiries, feedback, and facilitating smooth transactions.
-1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience; property industry background a plus.
-Fluent in Mandarin, with English and Khmer conversational proficiency.
-Strong communication, organizational skills, and team orientation.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office; basic CRM or analytics skills advantageous.
