-Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing plans (6P’s): product, price, place, promotion, people, process.
-Analyze consumer insights and competitive landscape; translate findings into brand positioning and campaigns.
-Oversee product launches, in-store activations, PR, BTL/ATL and digital marketing with agencies and internal teams.
-Manage A&P budget, forecast ROI, and optimize investment decisions.
-Lead digital & CRM strategies; own content, social media, influencer and loyalty programs.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, trade, creative, regional) and mentor junior staff.
-Track KPIs; prepare and present reports on brand performance and campaign outcomes.
-Assist in developing and implementing brand campaigns across digital, in-store, and outdoor channels.
-Coordinate social media content, scheduling, reporting & analytics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
-Support product launch activities, in-store promotions, vendor coordination, events.
-Manage marketing admin: budgets, expense tracking, vouchers, signage distribution, reporting metrics.
-Conduct basic market research, campaign performance analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related.
-1–3 years of experience in consumer, retail, fashion, or FMCG marketing—with fresh grads welcome.
-Fundamental understanding of marketing, brand awareness, and social media management tools.
-Excellent organization, communication skills, and creative thinking.
-Proficient in MS Office; basic analytics capability is a plus.
