-Lead Workshop Operations
Oversee daily workflow: assign repair orders, coordinate with service advisors, monitor job progress via job‑control systems, and ensure timely vehicle delivery with thorough pre‑ and post‑service inspections
-Technical Guidance & Training
Conduct technical diagnosis, mentor technicians, share best practices, and provide on‑the‑job training to raise workshop standards
-Equipment & Tools Management
Ensure proper use and maintenance of lifts, diagnostic machines, and special tools; coordinate with spare‑parts staff to source fitting components
-Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction
Inspect repaired vehicles to uphold quality standards, handle technical complaints, and strive for high customer service and retention
-Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Submit regular performance reports: job completion, productivity, spare‑parts usage, and equipment status; recommend improvements
-Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in workshop operations
-Cross‑Functional Coordination
Collaborate with after‑sales, parts, and service teams to support promotions, warranty claims, and customer follow‑ups
-Technical Problem-Solving
Lead diagnostics on complex engine, electrical, transmission, brake, AC, and hybrid/electric vehicle systems; recommend required repairs

-Education
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
-Experience
• Minimum 5 years in vehicle repair/maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role .
• Hands‑on experience with diagnostics and repair of engines, transmissions, brakes, AC, electrical, and hybrid/electric systems is strongly preferred .
-Technical Skills
• Competent in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Skilled in workshop equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis .
-Leadership & Management
• Proven ability to lead and develop technician teams, implement SOPs, meet targets, and manage performance .
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource optimization skills .
-Communication
• Fluent in Khmer and conversational to business‑level English.
• Able to interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively
-Soft Skills
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• High commitment to quality service, professionalism, and workshop cleanliness
-Other
• Valid Cambodian driving license.
• Flexibility to travel within Phnom Penh or occasionally to provinces for field service, training, or audits
