-Achieve Sales Targets
Drive monthly and quarterly vehicle sales, aiming to exceed targets through proactive prospecting and closing deals.
-Lead Sales Activities
Daily conduct outreach: cold calls, appointments, showroom demos, and test drives for both new and existing customers.
-Team Leadership & Coaching
For roles with supervisory scope: set goals, monitor junior sales consultants, provide coaching, and implement performance improvements using a PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) framework.
-Client Relationship Management
Build long-term rapport with individuals and corporate clients. Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups. Ensure high customer satisfaction and gather market feedback.
-Sales Administration
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
-Market Intelligence
Conduct competitor analysis, stay updated on pricing trends, and relay market insights to management to refine sales strategies.
-Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, after‑sales, finance, and logistics teams to coordinate test drives, promotions, inventory, and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
-Event & Brand Representation
Attend or host showroom events, launches, trade exhibitions, and roadshows to elevate brand visibility and generate leads.
-Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
-Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years in automotive sales, with 2+ years in senior or supervisory roles (e.g., team lead, fleet sales, or corporate sales).
-Language Skills
Fluent in Khmer and English (both spoken & written). Additional language skills like Chinese or Vietnamese are a plus.
-Driving License
Valid Cambodian driving license and confident driving skills are required.
-Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), CRM systems, and familiarity with sales forecasting tools.
-Soft Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to mentor junior staff, work under pressure, and maintain a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
-Analytical & Market Awareness
Able to interpret market trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior to refine sales tactics.
-Mobility & Flexibility
Willing to travel across Phnom Penh and occasionally other provinces for client meetings, roadshows, and test drives.
