• Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to new employees and refresher workshops for existing employees.
• Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
• Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
• Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Co-ordinate and implement an effective on-boarding process for new staff to office policies, goals, and objectives.
• Promote a positive company culture.
• Support managers and staff with their duties relating to performance appraisals.
• Work closely with managers on performance reviews and personal issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
• 2+ years of HR experience in supervisory or managerial position
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong moral and ethical code.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Working days : Monday to Saturday
• Working hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm
