Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, smoothies).
Operate coffee machines and other equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
Take customer orders and handle transactions (cash/card).
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Restock and organize ingredients and supplies.
Follow food safety and health regulations.
Promote new or seasonal drinks.
Handle customer complaints or special requests politely.
Assist in opening/closing duties of the café.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a café or restaurant (advantageous, but not always required).
Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing methods.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
