Provide support to customers after product delivery
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and technical issues
Coordinate with technical and logistics teams
Ensure timely and professional service
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent communication in English and Chinese
Working days : Monday to Friday
Working hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm
