Coordinate daily production schedules with planning and sewing teams
Monitor production progress to ensure on-time delivery
Ensure production meets buyer standards and requirements
Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management
Support line supervisors and team leaders with guidance and follow-up
Help implement continuous improvement in production processes

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in garment factory production coordination
Strong knowledge of garment production flow and processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Working Hour: Mon-Sat & 7am-4pm
Location: Veng Sreng Area
