• Be able to serve as the line manager of an assigned group of Student Affairs Supervisors to support the team to perform their duty to the best of their ability, serving as role model and a leader who can build staff capacity and loyalty to the school.
• Report the team and own achievements to the head of student affairs and the school Director.
• Collaborate with other department heads in the achieve common school goals.
• Speak at or conduct public presentations, workshop or school events and activities when assigned by the head of student affairs or the school director.
• Liaise with the Front Office department to ensure parents receive quality information about their child's learning and well-being, as well as to gather timely feedback for the enhancement of student learning, well-being, school programs, and services.
• Take active roles in committees like child protection and health and safety, coordinating with the school counselor and relevant staff to ensure student safety and support from student affairs supervisors in their daily activities.
• Hold Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree Education, Management, Sales, Marketing equivalent;
• A minimum 2-year experiences
• Minimum 1-year experience education field preferred;
• Experience international school a plus;
• Experience managing team a plus;
• Excellent written oral communication in English;
• Ability work well under tight deadlines deliver effective result;
• Desire learn overcome challenges;
