Prepare and cut fish for sushi and sashimi.
Maintain freshness and quality of seafood.
Assist with other Japanese dishes.
Keep kitchen area and tools clean.
Follow hygiene and safety rules.
Experience cutting fish for sushi/sashimi at least 1 year.
Knowledge of Japanese knives and seafood.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Team player with a good attitude.
Basic English or Khmer (Japanese is a bonus).
Working Hour: Mon-Sat & 11am-6pm
