• Prepare and cut fish for sushi and sashimi.
• Maintain freshness and quality of seafood.
• Assist with other Japanese dishes.
• Keep kitchen area and tools clean.
• Follow hygiene and safety rules.
• Experience cutting fish for sushi/sashimi at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of Japanese knives and seafood.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with a good attitude.
• Basic English or Khmer (Japanese is a bonus).
• Working Hour: Mon-Sat & 11am-6pm
• Location: Daun Penh Area
