• Coordinate protocol checklists and form submissions with trainers and managers.
• Maintain UL documenta3on and recommend updates when needed.
• Handle employment contracts, staff memos, and policy updates.
• Manage supplies, workspace setup, and office organization.
• Maintain filing systems (digital & physical).
• Organize internal mee3ngs, agendas, and minutes.
• Provide admin support during technical issues or staff shortages.
• Support staff onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain logs, attendance, and canteen quality checks.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage admin contracts and renewals.
• Previous experience in administra3on (preferably security/IT/compliance).
• Strong aQen3on to detail and documentation skill's.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Excellent 3me management and organizational abilities
• Discre3on in handling sensi3ve informa3on.
• Flexibility to support 24/7 opera3ons if required.
• Timely and accurate reporting and record-keepings.
