• Develop assessment tools & exam tools for student.
• Follow-up the teachers by conducting the class observation in order to evaluate the training processes and effects.
• Manage the staff’s daily/annual performance.
• Monitor the daily teachers’ performance, checking the quality of teacher’s administration works, evaluation from Pedagogy department.
• Manage the class replacement and teachers’ attendance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

• Bachelor Degree in Chinese (gain the native level in Chinese proficiency, B2).
• Pedagogy Certificate is a must Experience.
• At least 2 years experience in teaching.
• Well-organized, creative, and energetic .
• Interpersonal and communication skill .
• Good command of English and computer skill.
• Working hour: Mon-Fri & 8am-5pm
