• Respond to customer inquiries in Chinese and English.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product/service information and assist with order processing.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working Hour: Mon-Fri & 8am-5pm
