• Supervise and lead the business development team to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
• Monitor and track the team’s performance, ensuring they meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, etc.) to align business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Working Hour: Mon-Fri & 8am-5pm
