• Process Optimization: Streamline and improve logistics operations to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise operations staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage the movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries to clients.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with logistics services.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations in logistics operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of logistics software and tools.
