• - Supervise and streamline operations across all business units.
• - Monitor timelines, resources, and workflows.
• - Translate strategic goals into operational plans. Implement process improvements.
• - Lead department supervisors. Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
• - Oversee budgeting and procurement. Work with finance to control costs.
• - Generate reports on KPIs and project status. Support data-driven decision-making.
• - Ensure adherence to policies and laws. Resolve operational problems.
• - Bridge communication between departments and executives.
• - Represent company externally when needed.
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• - Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in multi-sector companies
• - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• - Excellent communication and people management abilities
• - Experience in advertising, construction, or distribution is an advantage
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software
• - Fluent in Khmer and English
• - Day & Time: Mon-Sat & 8am-5pm
• - Able to work in Steung Mean Chey area.
