Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients.
Promote construction materials and dining equipment to potential customers.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in construction materials, building supplies, dining equipment, or related industries is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Good customer relationship management and business development skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.
Willingness to visit clients and work in the field when required.
