Missions :
Maintenance & Monitoring

Daily analyze, maintain and monitor PSE physical network including servers, switches, routers, LAN, network/optic wiring.

Administrate network infrastructure

System, Weather Panel.

Check on Daily Backup operation, Database, Snapshot VM

Manage Firewall, routing, VPN account (including PBX System)

Manage all VPS Server on the cloud infrastructure, Linux, Windows, Docker etc.

Support on automation platform process and design and integrated with Google workspace etc.

Analyze the security of all the system/server and mitigate the risk.

Disaster recovery planning + action for the local server and cloud infrastructure.

Pen testing for security check of server on the cloud

Lead technical maintenance specifically regarding the network (including phone lines), helped by IT Assets Administrator and assisted by IT Technicians

Maintain network services & Server, such as:

Active Directory, Linux Server, Windows Server, VMware Infrastructure

Emails, Google Drive, File Server

ERP System, HR System, Social Beneficiary Management System

PBX System, CCTV System, Solar system to organization flow.

Security analysis & improvements

Analyze technical weakness related to networking and servers with pen testing

Protect PSE network and servers, users IT experiences

Maintain network and servers’ accessibility

Maintain Endpoint Protection to make sure all Computer are secure

Maintain security and firewall of system on the cloud infrastructure and analyse the risk/security assessment.


Help Desk Administration

Assist PSE end-users for specific issues they could face

Write technical documentation for IT Staff and PSE end-users

Education

Computer sciences bachelor's degree specialized on Networking and Telecommunication
High network and system theory and practical knowledge
English (mandatory, speaking, writing)
Experience

3 years Working Experiences in a similar field

Specific Technical Competencies

Network devices & Server such as Vmware, Cisco, Unifi Router, Fortigate, Mikrotik, Linux, Windows Server, Veeam Backup,Docker, Google GSuite, MySQL Server, Radius etc.
Google Cloud,AWS, DigitalOcean, Docker Infrastructure is a plus.
