Overall Role Purpose
○Promote Clinic services and health packages to families, and grow the clinic’s patient base with care and warmth.
○Support parent acquisition and retention through timely, genuine follow-up.
○Keep accurate sale and enquiry records, and manage the follow-up timeline, to support business decisions.
○Increase engagement across clinic-facing and public-facing channels.
Duties / Sales & Marketing
➤ Sales & Marketing – Transactions & Record-Keeping
○Drive patient consultations, bookings and revenue growth.
○Present clinic services and packages with care and confidence — helpful, never pushy.
○Handle consultations, appropriate upselling, closing, and social media & campaigns.
○Track conversion rate, revenue contribution, engagement and reach.
○Maintain close relationships and orient customers to better understand the services the clinic provides.
○Respect and comply with all human resource management policies and orders from superiors in case of any urgent changes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2. At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Healthcare.
3. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to promote clinic services and health packages professionally.
5. Knowledge of social media marketing and customer follow-up.
6. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to maintain accurate customer records and achieve sales targets.
8. Patient, friendly, responsible, and passionate about children's healthcare.
9. Good Khmer communication skills; English is an advantage.
10. Willingness to work six days per week on a rotating schedule.
Working Time
○Type of work: Full Time
○Working Hour: Monday – Sunday, 8:00Am – 6:00Pm (shift as scheduled)
Day off: One day per week, as per clinic roster
