- Manage garment technical requirements and buyer specifications.
- Oversee sample development, fitting, and approvals.
- Review tech packs, patterns, measurements, and garment construction.
- Coordinate with buyers, production, and QA/QC teams.
- Resolve technical issues during production.
- Ensure garment quality meets international brand standards.
- Lead and supervise the technical team.

- Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment technical operations.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of garment fitting, patterns, and production processes.
- Experience working with international garment brands.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
