1. Arrange training inline and End line QC every 3 month
2. Attend the PP meeting (review the sample and sewing measurement
spec rise out the issue.
3. Share the meeting minute to our QC team
4. Checked the trial sample and notes the comment
5. Review Top PP before sending to HK.
6. Follow up shipment
7. Hold the weekly meeting with production team relate to quality issue
that have not solve and report to HK
8. Hold monthly meetings with production every month
9. Lead QC in meeting the quality standards set by customers and
ensuring compliance with various quality standards related garments.
10. Directly report to Factory General Manager and HK Functional Head.
Daily collaborate with HK Quality Assurance Team on various
quality issues through regular meetings and reports.
11. Monitor the effectiveness of internal quality assurance system and
modify the quality process periodically when necessary.
12. Manage the team to conduct daily inspection to ensure quality target
is achieved. Meanwhile, stay proactive in probing quality problems
and troubleshooting throughout the production process and timely
alert relevant parties prior to shipment.
Deliver coaching and effective performance management to local team
members.

1. Bachelor's degree in Textile, Garment Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in garment quality control, including management experience.
3. Strong knowledge of garment inspection, sewing processes, measurements, and quality standards.
4. Experience in PP meetings, TOP samples, inline inspection, and final inspection.
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
6. Good communication and reporting skills in English.
7. Ability to coordinate effectively with production teams and overseas QA teams.
