Manage accounts receivable (AR) and monitor outstanding customer payments.
Follow up on overdue payments and loan installments.
Negotiate repayment plans and recover outstanding debts.
Prepare AR aging, collection, and loan recovery reports.
Monitor customer credit risks and minimize bad debts.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on overdue accounts.
Conduct customer visits and field collections when required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AR, Credit Control, or Loan Recovery.
Experience in automotive, truck, heavy equipment, leasing, or banking industries is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and debt collection skills.
Good knowledge of credit management and installment payment procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good command of Khmer and English.
Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
