• Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning and job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, mediate grievances, and bridge communication between staff and senior management.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation systems, goal setting, and professional development or improvement plans.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll structures, health benefits, and compensation benchmarking to retain top talent.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure company policies align with local employment regulations and labor laws.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor HR metrics (such as retention and turnover rates) to guide organizational strategy.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Hard Skills: Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software, data reporting, and labor law compliance.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, active listening, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Certifications: Professional credentials such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are highly preferred
