-Technical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
-Hands-on experience in a production, manufacturing, or stock-control environment is preferred, including internship or junior-level experience
-Degree or ongoing studies in a technical field is a plus, but not required
-Comfortable working directly on the production floor, not only in an office
-Able to understand measurements, technical drawings, production steps, and basic quality standards
-Strong attention to detail and able to identify when work or materials do not meet agreed standards
-Basic understanding of waste, stock, inventory, and material flow
-Able to create and maintain checklists, work instructions, and production documentation
-Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and organizing digital files and production records
-Able to take practical knowledge from experienced production workers and turn it into clear, consistent, and repeatable systems
-Logical and structured approach to problem-solving
-Confident and able to communicate clearly with production workers
-Respectful and professional, but not afraid to ask questions, follow up, or raise issues
-Proactive, disciplined, reliable, and willing to learn
-Native Khmer speaker
-Communicative English
-Salary: USD 450–600/month, depending on experience and suitability
-Candidates with hands-on production floor experience are preferred

-A technical degree or formal qualification is not required
-Must be handy, practical, organized, and willing to learn
-Comfortable spending most of the working time on the production floor, rather than sitting in the office
-Able to understand production processes, measurements, materials, and basic technical information
-Good attention to detail and able to identify and follow up on production issues
-Organized and able to maintain checklists, records, and production documentation
-Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
-Able to communicate clearly and work closely with production staff
-Good English communication is required
-Production staff mainly speak Khmer, while management communicates in English, so English is essential for daily communication
-Proactive, reliable, disciplined, and willing to take responsibility
-Respectful and comfortable asking questions, following up, and raising issues when necessary
