Recommend suitable sofas and upholstery options based on customer requirements.

Present product features, materials, designs, and pricing confidently.

Build strong relationships with premium and VIP customers.

Follow up with customers through phone, messaging, and social media.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Maintain a professional and attractive showroom environment.

Co-manage the company’s social media platforms and customer inquiries.

Create and participate in promotional videos, product showcases, and other social media content.

Update sales information, customer records, and reports using Google Sheets/Docs.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer service and order follow-up.

Represent the brand professionally both in person and online.

Native Khmer speaker with good communication skills in English.

Previous experience in sales, retail, luxury products, furniture, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

Confident, energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable serving premium and VIP customers.

Passionate about sales and motivated by achieving results.

Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for promotional videos.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

Able to use Google Sheets and Google Docs.

Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Able to work 6 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
