-Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential investors for the SEZ.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
-Promote SEZ services, facilities, and investment opportunities.
-Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
-Arrange meetings, site visits, and business presentations for potential investors.
-Coordinate with internal departments and relevant authorities to support client requirements.
-Prepare business development reports and follow up on leads and opportunities.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, Investment, or related industries.
-Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
-Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
-Good knowledge of MS Office and basic business reporting.
-Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
