Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
Prepare employment contracts, HR documents, and employee files.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave, lateness, and employee information.
Support payroll preparation and provide accurate HR data to Finance/Management.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support performance evaluation and employee development activities.
Coordinate training, staff activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle disciplinary and employee-relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Cambodian labor regulations.
Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
Good command of English and Khmer.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
