- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for products and brands.
- Support marketing activities, promotions, events, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends, competitors, and market activities.
- Assist in creating marketing content for social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support product branding and ensure marketing materials follow company brand guidelines.
- Assist with preparing marketing reports, presentations, and campaign documentation.
- Help organize events, exhibitions, sampling activities, and other promotional programs.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, FMCG, or a related field is preferred.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop new marketing ideas.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English and Khmer; Japanese or other languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
- Responsible, proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work Monday–Saturday and meet deadlines.
