Manage daily financial and administrative operations of the company.
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports, expense reports, and cash flow summaries.
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
Coordinate payroll processing, staff attendance records, and administrative documentation.
Manage office supplies, company assets, and vendor payments.
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and comply with company policies.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
Support management with financial analysis and administrative reports.
Perform other finance and administration duties assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Finance & Administration or Accounting.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Good understanding of administrative processes and document management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Language: Khmer required; basic English is preferred.
