- Promote apartment units for short-term and/ or long-term lease
- Build relationships with corporate clients and real estate agencies
- Arrange property viewing and present apartment facilities and service
- Negotiable prices, rental terms, and sales conditions

- Experience in real estate, condominium, serviced apartment, hotel sales, or property leasing
- Good English and khmer communication skills
- Japanese language ability is an advantage
- Experience dealing with japanese clients or compaines a plus
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills
- Good knowladge of the Phnom Penh property market
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Existing relationship with corporate clients, property agents, or investors are an advantage
