- Inventory Management & Tracking: Monitor stock levels of raw materials (if applicable) and finished goods (toothpaste tubes, packaging, various toothbrush models) to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Stock Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct regular daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as well as full physical inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Quality & Expiry Monitoring: Manage inventory based on the First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) principle, ensuring toothpaste batches with limited shelf life are monitored and distributed efficiently.
- Warehouse & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics providers, and sales departments to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
- System Data Management: Maintain accurate real-time inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, highlighting slow-moving items, stock aging, and demand trends.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the warehouse storage environment complies with quality standards for consumer goods (protecting toothpaste and brushes from moisture, extreme heat, and damage).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Analyst, or Warehouse Coordinator, preferably within the FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or modern WMS platforms).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, inventory data analysis).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG distribution networks, shelf-life management (FEFO/FIFO), and high-volume batch tracking.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail for precise stock reconciliation and forecasting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly with sales, procurement, and warehouse logistics staff.
