Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for vehicles and heavy equipment.
Manage social media platforms and oversee marketing content, including posters, photos, videos, and promotional materials.
Coordinate digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Organize product launches, exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
Work closely with the Sales Team to generate leads and support sales targets.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of promotional expenses.
Supervise and guide the marketing team to achieve department goals.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, media, and other marketing partners.
Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, truck, machinery, or heavy equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Experience in marketing campaign planning, branding, events, and promotions.
Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative, proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools.
Good command of Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.
Willing to travel or conduct market activities when required.
