Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor school income, expenses, tuition fees, and other financial transactions.
Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and relevant government authorities when required.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documents.
Supervise and support junior accounting staff.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international school, education, or service-related organization.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience supervising or leading accounting staff is an advantage.
Good command of English and Khmer.
