Prepare and manage production plans based on orders and shipment schedules.
Monitor daily production progress and ensure plans are achieved on time.
Coordinate with PPC, Production, Cutting, Sewing, Packing, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams.
Control WIP, capacity, materials, and production schedules.
Follow up on delays and prepare catch-up plans when needed.
Monitor shipment deadlines and take action to avoid late delivery.
Prepare daily and weekly production planning and progress reports.
Identify production bottlenecks and support teams in solving planning issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Garment, or related field.
3+ years of experience in garment production planning or PPC.
Good knowledge of production planning, WIP, capacity, and shipment schedules.
Good Excel and reporting skills.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in garment/underwear manufacturing is preferred.
