-Manage technical development of underwear products from sample to bulk production.
-Review tech packs, measurements, patterns, materials, and construction.
-Follow up on sample development, fitting, comments, and approvals.
-Work closely with Brand, Design, Merchandising, Pattern, Production, and QA/QC teams.
-Ensure proper fit, comfort, quality, and workmanship.
-Solve technical issues related to fabric, elastic, lace, cups, straps, and sewing.
-Monitor production to ensure products meet brand standards and approved samples.

Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Textile, Fashion, or related field.
3+ years of experience in garment technical development, preferably underwear.
Good knowledge of underwear construction, fitting, patterns, and materials.
Experience with tech packs and sample approval.
Good English communication and computer skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
