Identify and recruit new customers to achieve assigned loan disbursement targets.
Conduct field visits to assess customers' businesses, income, and repayment capacity.
Analyze loan applications and prepare accurate credit assessment reports.
Process loan applications in accordance with the bank's credit policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor borrowers' repayment performance and ensure timely loan collection.
Follow up with overdue customers and implement collection activities to maintain portfolio quality.
Promote the bank's loan products and other financial services within the assigned area.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in community marketing activities to expand the customer base.
Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
1 years of experience in banking, microfinance, sales, or customer service (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of credit operations, loan processing, and financial analysis is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Able to work independently and achieve assigned business targets.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel frequently for field visits and customer follow-up.
Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license and own transportation is preferred.
