Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
Prepare tables before guests arrive and clean tables after service.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area according to restaurant standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operating procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies.
Support teammates to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education is an advantage.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Good customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, positive attitude, and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are preferred; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
