Assist the Branch President in managing daily branch operations and achieving business objectives.
Support the implementation of branch business plans to increase deposits, loans, and customer growth.
Supervise branch staff, ensuring high performance, productivity, and excellent customer service.
Monitor loan processing, portfolio quality, and loan collection activities to maintain healthy credit performance.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Review and verify loan applications before submission for approval according to delegated authority.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare branch performance reports, operational reports, and business analysis for management.
Coordinate with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
Assist in staff coaching, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
Promote the bank's financial products and services while building strong relationships with customers and the local community.
Act as Branch President during his/her absence.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the banking or microfinance industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Good knowledge of banking operations, lending, deposits, credit analysis, and loan collection.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
Leadership and team supervision skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking management systems.
Able to work under pressure and achieve branch business targets.
High integrity, responsibility, and commitment to ethical banking practices.
Willing to travel when required and work at assigned branch locations.
