Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch to achieve business targets and operational excellence.
Develop and implement branch business plans to increase deposits, loans, and customer acquisition.
Supervise and coach branch staff, including Credit Officers, Customer Service Officers, Tellers, and other team members.
Monitor loan portfolio quality and ensure timely loan collection while minimizing non-performing loans (NPL).
Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, internal controls, risk management procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local authorities, businesses, and community leaders.
Review and approve loans within delegated authority and recommend larger loans for higher approval.
Analyze branch financial performance and prepare regular management reports.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Identify new business opportunities and promote the bank's financial products and services.
Manage branch budgets, assets, cash security, and operational risks.
Perform other duties assigned by senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or microfinance industry, including 2–3 years in a branch management or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of microfinance operations, lending, deposits, credit analysis, and banking regulations.
Proven leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
Strong business development, sales, and customer relationship management abilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking management systems.
