Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Plan, script, film, and edit short-form videos, property showcases, and promotional content.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, events, and company activities.
Develop creative content ideas to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Write attractive captions, property descriptions, and marketing copy.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to promote new projects and campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends and implement new content strategies.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement analytics.
Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Social Media (Real Estate experience is an advantage).
Strong skills in video shooting, photography, and video editing.
Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and content planning abilities.
Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work both in the office and on-site at property projects.
Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus.
