Identify and acquire new loan customers through field visits and referrals.
Conduct customer interviews and collect the required loan application documents.
Assess customers' financial background, repayment capacity, and creditworthiness.
Verify customer information through site visits and business assessments.
Prepare credit analysis reports and submit loan recommendations for approval.
Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and terms & conditions to customers.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure all loan applications comply with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Achieve assigned loan disbursement and collection targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or Sales Officer in a bank or microfinance institution.
Knowledge of Cambodian banking regulations and credit assessment procedures.
Own transportation (motorcycle) and a valid driving license are preferred.
Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is an advantage.
